Our Principal Director, Debbie Fairburn has been auditing NDIS providers since the NDIS standards were implemented in 2018, and has been auditing various health sector standards across Australia and New Zealand since 2011. She has worked in the health system of both countries and has been a Registered Nurse since 1991. Debbie’s experiences with NDIS providers saw her wanting to implement effective and efficient systems to help providers meet the participants’ needs. She has personally overseen the development of ON Q Quality’s Document Management System, and works with her IT technicians to ensure our products are suited to your needs and relevant to NDIS participants.

Debbie has been a lead auditor within the NDIS since its implementation, having contracted their services to 4 major auditing companies in that time and remains active in the auditing process to this day, having completed in excess of over 500 audits since its inception.
